In progress

This route is described as gently undulating but I think it is fairly difficult from the start until you reach Mow Cop. After that it goes through nice flat Cheshire country side. However, we have only managed about half of the route due to really bad weather. It poured down and got very cold just as we got to Bereton Heath Nature reserve, so we took the A54 back into Congelton and from there returned to our starting point at Timbersbrook to dry off.  Carpark there has a basic disabled toilet.

Completing this route is on my list of things to do.

Note:- This route goes thru Mow Cop - Cheshire Cat Sportive says difficult 25% climb there - is there 2 ways thru village? - don't remember such a steep climb! Look for Sportive vids on uTube etc.
